ICC Spectro provides terminal simulation for
Smart Card testing. Due to the combination of
both test system and measurement equipment,
protocol requirements as well as electrical
requirements can be measured and tested
with only one device. It allows the adjustment
and measurement of all relevant electrical
parameters such as current, voltage and loads
on all contacts. Timing and protocol parameters
can be modified and analysed. ICC Spectro
allows logical testing at the application level.

capable of synchronously monitoring ISO/SWP/USB. Moreover,
