Social responsibility and ethical policy

Our company is committed to fulfilling its corporate social responsibility by complying with applicable labor, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and business ethics regulations. We safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees, provide a safe and healthy working environment, prohibit child labor, forced labor, discrimination, and inhumane treatment, and respect human rights and freedom of labor. Upholding the principles of integrity, fair trade, transparency, and intellectual property protection, we have established effective grievance and whistleblowing mechanisms. These requirements are also extended throughout our supply chain management to promote sustainable development and the implementation of corporate social responsibility.

I. Policy Objectives The Company recognizes that compliance with international labor standards and the protection of workers' rights are fundamental responsibilities of a responsible enterprise and key expectations of customers, employees, investors, governments, and other stakeholders. The Company is committed to complying with applicable labor, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and business ethics laws and regulations, as well as internationally recognized standards and conventions. We continuously improve working conditions, employee welfare, and management practices while promoting sustainable development and responsible business conduct. All employees are required to uphold the principles of corporate social responsibility and ethical business conduct in the performance of their duties. These requirements are also extended throughout our supply chain and business partnerships. II. Scope of Application This Policy applies to all employees, subsidiaries, branch offices, contractors, business partners, and suppliers of the Company. III. Labor and Human Rights Commitments The Company is committed to the following principles: 1. Compliance with Laws and International Standards The Company shall comply with all applicable labor, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and human rights laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where it operates, as well as relevant international standards. 2. Prohibition of Child Labor and Prison Labor The Company strictly prohibits the employment of child labor, prison labor, forced labor, bonded labor, or any other form of involuntary labor. The Company will not engage in business relationships with suppliers or contractors that employ child labor or forced labor. 3. Freely Chosen Employment The Company respects workers' freedom and dignity and prohibits any form of forced labor, human trafficking, debt bondage, coercion, intimidation, withholding of personal documents, or unlawful restriction of movement. 4. Safe and Healthy Working Environment The Company shall provide a safe, healthy, and hygienic workplace and implement effective measures to prevent workplace injuries, occupational illnesses, and unsafe conditions. 5. Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining The Company respects employees' rights to freely associate, join labor unions, elect worker representatives, engage in collective bargaining, and participate in lawful labor-management communication activities. 6. Non-Discrimination and Equal Opportunity The Company prohibits discrimination based on race, color, nationality, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, disability, pregnancy, marital status, sexual orientation, political affiliation, union membership, or any other legally protected status. Employment decisions shall be based solely on qualifications, performance, and business needs. 7. Reasonable Working Hours Working hours, overtime, rest periods, and leave arrangements shall comply with applicable laws and regulations. The Company shall maintain accurate working-hour records and ensure that overtime work is lawful and voluntary. 8. Fair Wages and Benefits The Company shall provide wages, benefits, and compensation that meet or exceed applicable legal requirements, including minimum wage, overtime compensation, statutory benefits, and social insurance programs. IV. Business Ethics To fulfill corporate social responsibility and promote sustainable business operations, the Company shall adhere to the highest standards of business ethics. 1. Business Integrity All business activities shall be conducted with honesty, integrity, transparency, and accountability. Any form of corruption, extortion, embezzlement, fraud, or improper conduct is strictly prohibited. 2. No Improper Advantage Employees and business partners shall not offer, provide, solicit, or accept bribes, kickbacks, gifts, favors, or other improper benefits intended to influence business decisions. 3. Information Disclosure Information regarding business activities, organizational structure, financial condition, and performance shall be disclosed accurately and appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards. 4. Intellectual Property Protection The Company respects intellectual property rights and complies with applicable intellectual property laws and regulations. 5. Fair Competition and Business Practices The Company shall conduct business fairly and ethically, promote fair competition, and protect confidential customer and business information. 6. Protection of Identity and Confidentiality The Company shall protect the confidentiality and identity of employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders who report concerns or violations in good faith. 7. Privacy and Data Protection The Company respects and protects the privacy and personal information of employees, customers, suppliers, and business partners. The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal information shall comply with applicable privacy, information security, and data protection laws. 8. Non-Retaliation The Company shall maintain effective communication, grievance, and whistleblowing mechanisms and strictly prohibit retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith. 9. Transparent Communication The Company shall establish effective internal and external communication channels to ensure accurate, timely, and transparent disclosure of relevant information. V. Child Labor and Young Workers 1.The Company shall establish and implement policies to protect young workers and prevent child labor. 2.The employment of child labor is strictly prohibited. If child labor is identified, immediate corrective actions shall be taken, including removal from work and appropriate remediation measures. 3.The Human Resources Department shall maintain complete and accurate employee records, including proof of age and employment eligibility. VI. Forced Labor 1.The Company strictly prohibits all forms of forced labor and protects employees' personal freedom and dignity. 2.The Human Resources Department shall regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of forced labor prevention measures. 3.The Company shall maintain fair employment policies regarding working hours, wages, disciplinary actions, termination procedures, and employee rights. VII. Working Hours 1.The Company shall comply with applicable laws and regulations governing working hours, overtime, rest periods, and leave entitlements. 2.The Company shall maintain an accurate attendance management system. 3.Overtime work shall be voluntary, lawful, and appropriately compensated. 4.Employees shall receive at least one day of rest within every seven-day period or as required by applicable law. 5.Accurate records of regular working hours and overtime hours shall be maintained. VIII. Wages and Benefits 1.The Company shall establish fair and lawful compensation and benefits programs. 2.Employees shall receive wages and benefits in accordance with applicable laws and employment agreements. 3.Wages shall be paid regularly and on time without unlawful deductions. 4.The Company shall provide legally required social insurance and employee benefits. 5.Compensation shall meet or exceed applicable minimum wage requirements. 6.Employment agreements shall be executed in accordance with applicable labor laws and based on mutual consent. IX. Disciplinary Measures 1.The Company shall establish lawful and reasonable disciplinary procedures to address violations of workplace rules and standards. 2.Disciplinary actions may include warnings, demerits, suspension, or termination of employment and shall be administered fairly, consistently, and based on verified facts and evidence. X. Non-Discrimination and Humane Treatment 1.The Company shall maintain policies and procedures prohibiting discrimination, harassment, abuse, and inhumane treatment. 2.Complaints regarding discrimination or harassment shall be investigated promptly and appropriate corrective actions shall be taken. 3.Employees and applicants shall not be discriminated against based on any protected characteristic. 4.The Company prohibits sexual harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, verbal abuse, intimidation, and any other form of inhumane treatment. XI. Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining 1.The Company respects employees' rights to form, join, and participate in lawful organizations and labor unions. 2.Employees may engage in collective bargaining and labor-management communication activities in accordance with applicable laws. 3.Employees and employee representatives shall not be discriminated against, harassed, intimidated, or retaliated against because of their participation in lawful labor activities. XII. Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection 1.The Company shall establish and maintain effective occupational health, safety, and environmental management systems. 2.Safe and healthy working conditions shall be provided to prevent workplace injuries and occupational illnesses. 3.Employees shall receive occupational health and safety training appropriate to their job responsibilities. 4.Emergency preparedness and response procedures shall be established and regularly tested. 5.Appropriate personal protective equipment and safety measures shall be provided where necessary. 6.The Company shall investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions. 7.Potential emergency situations shall be regularly assessed and managed. 8.Occupational injuries, illnesses, and incidents shall be recorded, reported, and managed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. XIII. Supplier Management 1.The Company shall maintain a supplier management program that incorporates corporate social responsibility, labor rights, environmental protection, and business ethics requirements. 2.Suppliers shall be required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and the Company's social responsibility and ethical standards.The Company shall conduct supplier assessments and audits at least annually and reserves the right to terminate business relationships with suppliers that fail to meet compliance requirements. 3.Suppliers shall sign the Company's Supplier Social Responsibility and Code of Ethics Commitment before commencing business cooperation.The Company shall maintain records of supplier audits, evaluations, corrective actions, and improvement activities.
