Occupational Safety and Health Policy

Our company is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and supportive workplace by complying with occupational health and safety regulations and international standards. Through risk management, hazard prevention, employee training, and active participation, we continuously enhance workplace safety culture and management performance, protect the health and safety of employees and related workers, and fulfill our commitment to corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.

I.The Company is committed to maintaining a healthy and safe workplace. In accordance with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), applicable domestic occupational safety and health regulations, and the Company's Sustainable Development Guidelines, the Company provides a safe and high-quality working environment for all employees (including full-time and dispatched employees) as well as other workers assigned to the Company by external contractors. To effectively implement occupational safety and health management, this Policy is hereby established. II.The Company commits to and implements the following: 1. Comply with Occupational Safety and Health Regulations and Fulfill Corporate Social Responsibility** All business management decisions and operations shall comply with applicable occupational safety and health laws and regulations. The Company shall also follow internationally recognized occupational safety and health management standards to provide employees and related workers with a safe, healthy, and friendly working environment. 2. Strengthen Occupational Safety Risk Control and Prevent Workplace Hazards** The Company shall identify potential workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and establish action plans and improvement objectives for high-risk items. Through effective occupational safety and health risk management, the Company aims to reduce the likelihood of injuries and health hazards affecting employees and related workers. 3. Encourage Active Participation and Enhance Occupational Safety and Health Awareness** The Company shall consult employees and related workers to continuously improve workplace safety management. Necessary education and training shall be provided to enhance occupational safety and health awareness, foster a positive safety culture, and reinforce the concept that workplace safety and health are everyone's responsibility. 4. Continuously Improve Occupational Safety and Health Management and Achieve Sustainable Development Goals** The Company shall continuously improve its occupational safety and health management practices, safeguard the safety and health of employees, and strive to achieve its sustainable business objectives. III.The Company shall disclose this Policy on its official website. IV.This Policy shall take effect upon approval by the General Manager and its official promulgation. Any amendments hereto shall be subject to the same procedure.
