Commitment to Not Use Conflict Minerals

Our company supports the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct and is committed to a Conflict-Free Minerals Policy. We do not procure or use tin, tantalum, tungsten, or gold sourced from conflict-affected regions, including the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its neighboring countries. Through supply chain traceability, supplier management, and ongoing audit processes, we ensure that raw material sources comply with international standards. We are committed to protecting human rights, promoting responsible sourcing, and providing customers and business partners with products that are free from conflict minerals.

I. Policy Statement 1. The Company complies with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct and supports the **Conflict Minerals-Free Policy**. 2. The Company is committed to ensuring that its products do not contain conflict minerals, including **tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), and gold (Au)**, sourced from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its adjoining countries where such minerals may directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups. The Company continuously promotes supply chain compliance and conducts supplier due diligence and audits to ensure adherence to conflict minerals requirements. III. Commitment 1.
